Job summary

CCS - Customer Contact Services is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to support CTI, our automotive division. You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and provide accurate information to dealership customers.

No automotive experience is required; training will be provided. A high school diploma, strong English, and comfort with using multiple computer programs are essential. This fully remote role includes training, benefits, and room to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• At least one year of call center or customer service experience.
• Confident computer skills, including typing and moving between multiple programs at once.
• Strong spoken and written English, including correct spelling and grammar.
• Clear, accurate documentation habits.
• Good judgment with confidential information.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Identify what each caller needs and guide the call to resolution
• Schedule service appointments for dealership customers
• Share accurate information about dealership products and services
• Process online reservations and update customer records
• Document every interaction clearly and accurately
• Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed
• Meet Quality Assurance standards
• Stay current on client programs through ongoing training
• Other duties as assigned
