Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Work from Home Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound dealership calls, schedule service appointments, and update customer and vehicle details from a quiet, home office. The role requires clear communication, reliability, and basic automotive knowledge to meet dealership objectives.

All applications and training are conducted virtually. Ideal candidates excel in a high-volume environment, are team players, and comply with privacy and Do Not Call

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
• Able to type 35 WPM and meet system requirements.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and follow required scripting to assist customers.
• Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
• Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
• Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script and schedule service appointments according to promotional offers.
• Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
