Job summary

CAPS Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to work remotely. You will handle daily customer contact, process maintenance service orders, and keep customer data up to date in internal records.

Join our international team to ensure clear communication across departments and with subcontractors, and to resolve issues through the described escalation path. Prior CS experience in retail or maintenance is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Very good command of Spanish and Portuguese.
• Previous experience in a customer service position in the retail or maintenance industry is desirable.
• Excellent organization of working time, including very good priority setting.
• Problem-solving skills, proactiveness and attention to detail.
• Fast comprehension and an analytical and structured way of working.

Responsibilities

• Daily customer contact through email and phone.
• Processing customer orders for maintenance services.
• Updating customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records.
• Ensuring effective communication within internal departments.
• Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested services.
• Handling issues and following the designated escalation path.
