Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role supporting incoming orders by phone and email. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Carrollton, TX office and can work remotely with standard business hours.

The CSR will accurately process customer orders, answer questions, document activity in the DDF system and collaborate across teams. Strong communication, computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing 35–40 words per minute is expected.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after 4 months.
• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
• Receive and process customer orders by telephone.
• Document activity to the DDF system and maintain accurate logs.
• Cross-train in other call center tasks and perform them as needed.
