Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative near Columbus, OH. You will handle orders by phone, respond promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company standards.

The role requires 110 interactions per 8-hour shift after training, cross-training in related call center tasks, and flexibility with multiple shifts. A high school diploma and reliable internet are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
• Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible
• Document activity to the DDF system
• Cross-train in other positions within the department and assist as needed
• Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after 4 months in position
• Display active listening and superior customer service for internal and external customers
