Teleperformance is seeking a flexible Customer Service professional to join our team in the United States. The role involves assisting end customers via phone, chat, or text across multiple sub-families, with both on-site and at-home options available.

You will handle high-volume, low-complexity inquiries in a call center setting, analyze and resolve issues with support from a distributed team, and provide walk-in service center assistance as needed.
