Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will answer a high volume of calls, texts and emails, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers, and help resolve customer questions while maintaining accurate records.

This full-time, work-from-home role offers $16-$17 per hour and opportunities for growth as the company expands. Strong communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls, texts and emails.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers.
• Verify customer information and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Process accounts receivable and collect as needed.
• Make phone sales and maintain accurate records.
