Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative who must reside within 50 miles of the Clearwater, FL office. The role handles customer orders by phone, aiming for prompt, courteous service and accuracy. You may be cross-trained for other call center tasks and will discuss shifts at interview.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by telephone and document activity in the DDF system.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
• Handle both routine and complex inquiries; escalate as needed.
• Enter orders manually and operate the phone system effectively.
• Be flexible to cover multiple shifts and cross train as needed.
