Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote call center role in the United States. The successful candidate will manage service records, respond to customer and vendor inquiries, and coordinate project scheduling while maintaining high SLA and data accuracy.

Ideal applicants have 1–2 years in admin/customer service, strong Excel/Office skills, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service principles and practices.
• 1-2 years' experience in administrative procedures.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service records, work orders, and QA calls accurately.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email.
• Address inquiries and triage requests by urgency.
• Gather relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Resolve complaints promptly and document outcomes.
• Schedule and monitor project timelines with vendors.
• Escalate issues to field managers and account teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and actions.
