Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales operations, and/or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from internal and external customers by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork.
• Collect necessary information and documentation for product complaints.
• Use the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocking.
• Handle credit rebills and facilitate inventory transfer requests.
• Adhere to the monthly closing schedule.
