Financial services firm is currently hiring a remote Customer Service Representative. You will take inbound calls and assist existing clients with general questions about their account(s), notate account, work with in-house departments to resolve any issues, review accounts regarding contracts and reports to match clients with new services. Experience in the financial industry is helpful, but not required.

Requirements:
Comfortable taking inbound calls from current clients in need of assistance.
Basic computer skills using Excel spreadsheets.
Capable of typing 30 wpm or greater.

This is an entry level job, however, experience as a customer service rep, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary or data entry clerk is a plus.
