Ibex Limited is hiring a Customer Service Agent to support members with health insurance inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will help with coverage, benefits, claims, and provider networks while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.
• Proficiency in CRM and customer support platforms.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on provider networks, referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing, payments and coverage issues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling member information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex member concerns.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate and CSAT scores.
• Stay updated on policies, state regulations and healthcare industry changes.
