AECOM is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to answer questions about Connecticut transportation programs via phone, email, chat and web. You will resolve issues on first contact and document every interaction in Zendesk, contributing to efficient program operations.

Training is provided, with some in-person meetings in Rocky Hill, CT; weekend shifts are part of the schedule. Comprehensive benefits are offered, and sponsorship/relocation are not provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma plus 2 years of related experience, with at least 1 year of customer service experience by phone, email, or chat.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Preferred qualifications include Zendesk experience, contact center background, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
