Job summary

The Sydney Call Center is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide range of clients. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and deliver quality product and service experiences from your home office.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job paid training. Prior call center experience isn’t required; helpful backgrounds include customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication and reliable attendance.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ wpm) and basic MS Office skills.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior contact center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
