Job summary

Wheels, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming client and vendor inquiries, resolve requests, and support workflow improvements. This role emphasizes analytical thinking to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and to maintain strong relationships across departments. The position is a second-shift, 10:30 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m. EST and fully remote, with work-from-home flexibility nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years billing and/or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Lookups, Pivot tables, Formulas).
• AS400 ISeries, JD Edwards, and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and complete vendor and client inquiries promptly.
• Identify root causes of inquiries and assist management to streamline workflows.
• Review and process billing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Manage 3rd party payment services as needed.
• Extract payable reporting and analyze for vendors and clients.
• Collaborate across departments and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with internal audits and system testing.
