Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience with Order Entry software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the North America customer service group and third-party service groups across the Order to Delivery process to drive efficiencies and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Process sales orders accurately and communicate with customers to expedite fulfillment.
• Manage card payment processing within established time frames and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, invoicing questions, pricing, ordering information, returns, and tracking details.
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries and coordinate with warehousing and transport providers on order status.
