Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and proactively offer Verizon products and services while delivering first-class service.

This role blends consultative sales with service excellence in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll work 37.5 hours weekly from home, with occasional in-person trainings, and must reside within the 75-mile radius of the reported location for the contract.

Qualifications

• Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products and services.
• Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments and policy issues.
• Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments and policy issues.
• Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed.
• Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
