Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a Customer Sales Lead (CSL) – Amazon for a fully remote position in the United States. You will drive joint business planning, manage day-to-day activities with Amazon, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow volume, profit, and market share across Campbell’s Americas portfolio.

You will lead promotional strategies, translate brand plans into customer actions, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to keep plans on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of sales experience with strong P&L understanding.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, investments and activation plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer plans and budgets to hit sales objectives.
• Lead promotions, trade budgets, and category initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Translate brand strategies into customer plans with Amazon buyers and managers.
• Lead new item launches and coordinate catalog updates and PO readiness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure pricing and deductions are accurate.
• Analyze monthly category performance and report against plan.
