Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Customer Sales Lead to drive value channel success outside of Dollar General. You will own the monthly close, oversee a cross-section of key accounts such as Grocery Outlet, Menards, Ollies and Save A Lot, and align category plans with brand strategies.

Remote role within the US; you will develop forecasts, manage trade funds, analyze promotions, and work with Supply Chain and Marketing to maximize volume, profit and share.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in the CPG industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Implement trade promotion strategies with customers.
• Oversee the close-out process with Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Lead category assessments and develop forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and lead accurate monthly forecasts to optimize shipments and inventory.
• Sell in new items and partner on collaborative marketing initiatives.
