Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent LLC is a national provider of household employment and home care solutions supporting the self-directed care model. This fully remote role requires you to be located in PA, OH, IL or IN and focuses on enrolling, educating and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, process paperwork, and perform meticulous data entry across multiple databases to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of data entry experience or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and email tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients during enrollment and provide education and support
• Process paperwork and manage electronic communications
• Enter data accurately across multiple databases
• Maintain timely follow-up with clients, families and coordinators
