Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews and monitors status of customer orders.
• Works with internal and external customers to identify and resolve issues affecting on-time delivery.
• Communicates customer requirements and issues in production meetings.
• Researches issues such as material, forecast, EDI transmission, and production problems and coordinates resolution with department managers.
• Maintains issues, complaints and corrective action requests for reporting.
• Develops, maintains and generates performance reports and metrics for dissemination to internal staff.
• Tracks and resolves issues for monthly management reports.
