Qualifications

• Experience with Excel data entry and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for efficient inbound and outbound shipments.
• Proactively communicate with customers and distribution partners to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Support international shipments and export processes with logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery performance and investigate delays to ensure timely resolution.
