Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Logistics Specialist for its Service Parts Logistics (SPL) team. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution in a remote, travel-friendly setup across the US.

You will manage orders, track status, and develop performance reports while leveraging strong knowledge of logistics, contracts, and data systems. A Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Experience with contracts and terms, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage service parts logistics and customer order status.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers to resolve on-time delivery issues.
• Review, track and report issues, root causes and corrective actions.
• Enter data into databases accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly management reports and performance metrics.
