Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Customer Program Management Consultant to bridge engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain with external enterprise clients. You will oversee contract lifecycle, governance, approvals, and drive customer satisfaction across complex programs.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and coordinating pricing, bids, and SOWs while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance. This remote role may require travel.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• PMP certification is highly preferred to support governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs to achieve planned revenue and profits for large accounts.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure timely deliveries and milestones.
• Oversee MRP volumes, new product development support, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Establish integrated project plans and host program tracking meetings for status transparency.
• Prepare performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
