Responsibilities

• Manage strategic visibility programs (multiple projects) of high complexity with cross-functional global teams.
• Present, communicate, and influence leaders and customers.
• Lead function-level or moderately complex process initiatives or business strategy.
• Develop cross-functional team members by identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead deployment of strategic programs and site-wide deployment efforts.
• Present status to business leaders and customers and interpret customer specifications.
• Recommend process improvements in the product lifecycle.
• Plan the program and monitor progress; create/update the Program Plan/WBS.
• Daily program management throughout the program life.
• Drive core teams to meet program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule).
• Define program governance and controls.
• Manage the program budget; forecast actuals vs plan.
• Manage risks and issues and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate projects and interdependencies; allocate resources.
• Align outputs to outcomes with the business change manager.
• Maintain main program documents, e.g., Program Initiation document.
• Set yearly plans/goals for the department and provide performance feedback.
