Job summary

Virta Health is seeking an Associate Customer Operations Manager to support data operations, eligibility, UAT, QA, and customer configuration across launches and lifecycle changes.

You will own defined work streams, document results, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Implementation, Client Success, Engineering and Data teams to ensure accurate, timely, and auditable customer configurations while improving repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in operations, implementation, project coordination, technical support, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with structured data, spreadsheets, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support data operations, including outbound file feeds, SFTP setup, data partner changes, and marketing/eligibility file ingestion.
• Execute UAT and QA for launches, product expansions, configuration changes, and product updates; document results and drive issues to resolution.
• Validate customer and member data for eligibility changes; surface risks or blockers and coordinate with internal partners.
• Maintain audit-ready customer configuration documentation, data records, testing results, and trackers.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Client Success, Engineering and Data teams; provide clear context and status updates.
