You will lead and grow a diverse engineering team, owning complex transactional domains like billing and enrollment while driving cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, and operations.

You will shape roadmaps, monitor outcomes, and ensure rapid iteration with a focus on impact for patients and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise across backend, frontend, data, and integrations to third-party systems.
• Experience owning complex transactional systems (billing, accounting, enrollment, eligibility).
• Proven track record building and scaling diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to motivate teams.
• Thrives in a cross-functional environment and drives projects to completion.
• Collaborates with product partners to set product vision for ambiguous projects.
• HIPAA-regulated or health/fintech environment experience (nice-to-have).
