Job summary

Virta Health is seeking an Associate Customer Operations Manager to keep the operational foundation of our customer experience running smoothly across launches and lifecycle changes. You’ll own defined work across data operations, eligibility, UAT, QA, and customer configuration, partnering with teams to ensure changes are accurate, timely, and well documented.

This role combines customer operations, healthcare data, and technical execution.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in operations, implementation, project coordination, technical support, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, file specifications, and operational systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies, document findings, and elevate when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support customer data operations, including member-level outbound file feeds; SFTP setup, access, and issue resolution; data partner changes.
• Execute UAT and QA for customer launches, product expansions, configuration changes, and product updates; document results and drive issues to resolution.
• Support eligibility changes and escalations by validating data and coordinating with internal partners.
• Maintain audit-ready customer configuration documentation and testing results.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Client Success, and Data teams, providing clear context and updates.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements to make processes more efficient.
