Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a remote Customer Operations Specialist – REIT in Arizona to manage daily waste and recycling for 25–30 properties. You will schedule hauls, confirm weights, review invoices, and resolve discrepancies, using data to drive service decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Remote role for Arizona residents with occasional on-site coordination if needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer operations or related field
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Ability to read invoices and identify discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple properties

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for 25–30 properties
• Schedule and coordinate hauls based on service needs and data
• Confirm completed hauls, weights, and service details for accuracy
• Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution
• Work within eTrack to manage service activity, work orders, and property information
• Monitor container history, PSI readings, service cycles, tenant changes, and other data
• Track customer and service escalations through resolution
• Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary roll-off containers
