Responsibilities

• Process customer order requests and funnel calls to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor and manage general service email accounts.
• Enter sales orders and key data into company databases.
• Track outstanding order issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support customer schedules with Central Facility Schedulers.
• Report daily on outstanding items to key personnel.
• Maintain data accuracy and follow standard operating procedures.
