Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for REIT accounts to manage daily waste and recycling operations across 25–30 properties. You will schedule hauls, verify weights, review invoices, and coordinate resolutions, while using eTrack and CRM tools to keep service activity up to date.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independent workload management, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• 2+ years in customer operations, service, dispatch, or related field
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Ability to read and review invoices and identify discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret operational data for informed decisions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Willingness to ask questions and seek support when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for 25–30 properties
• Schedule and coordinate hauls based on service needs and data
• Confirm completed hauls, weights, and service details for accuracy
• Review invoices for discrepancies and coordinate resolution
• Use eTrack to manage service activity and work orders
• Monitor container history and PSI readings to guide decisions
• Track escalations through resolution
• Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary roll-off placements
• Communicate with customers and vendors with timely updates
• Maintain accurate records and follow through on tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate when needed
