Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in operations, staffing, or workforce coordination.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage live priorities under pressure.
• Experience using operational systems, scheduling platforms, CRMs, and digital tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end shift fulfillment process.
• Respond quickly to client staffing requests and assign professionals to shifts.
• Confirm attendance and ensure shifts are filled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate coverage for urgent or last-minute staffing needs.
• Monitor live attendance, track clock-ins, and resolve issues in real time.
• Onboard and activate workers on the platform and maintain ongoing communication.
• Keep trackers, systems, and notes updated; document issues and resolutions.
