Job summary

Affirms is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Customer Operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries primarily by email, with some phone support, while maintaining high quality scores and a positive rapport with clients.

You will work cross-functionally to learn products, identify trends, and participate in new features and ad-hoc projects. Remote-first with flexible in-person onboarding is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer interactions in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Utilize product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues.
