Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to lead domestic and international order-to-cash, Customer Service, and Logistics teams. You will optimize carrier coordination, ERP-based workflows, and KPI delivery while partnering with Sales, IT, and 3PLs.

Preferred candidates have 7–10 years in logistics leadership, Oracle ERP experience, and strong communication skills to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree required.
• 7–10 years in relevant roles preferred.
• Experience with order-to-cash, carrier freight ops, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management of Customer Service and Logistics staff for domestic and international orders.
• Coordinate daily order processing, carrier tendering, transit, and final delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for OTIF, on-time delivery, and order fill rates.
• Train staff on ERP order management and logistics modules; oversee system configuration.
• Oversee and resolve EDI transactions with IT, 3PLs, carriers, and inventory control.
• Manage cost tracking against budgets and optimize logistics spend.
