Job summary

Amylu Foods is seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative to own the order experience for major retail customers from placement to delivery. You will be the hub between Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planning, and Finance, ensuring orders are entered accurately, tracked, and delivered on time and in full.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, or supply chain support in food/CPG/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting large national retail accounts preferred.
• Experience with EDI and ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into our ERP system via EDI, portals, email, and phone.
• Provide end-to-end order support from production through delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts with inquiries on status, availability, pricing, and delivery timing.
• Investigate and resolve order and fulfillment issues including shortages, delays, and damages.
• Coordinate shipments and delivery appointments with Logistics and warehouse teams.
• Review open orders and shipments to catch issues early.
• Work with Sales and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies and returns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
