Amy’s Kitchen in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee order-to-cash and the Customer Service and Logistics teams for domestic and international customers.

You will lead daily scheduling, carrier coordination, and ERP system administration (Oracle), ensuring accurate billing and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and cost control, with remote work flexibility and opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations, logistics, or business.
• 7-10 years managing customer service, order fulfillment, and logistics teams.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order-to-cash execution and customer experience supervision.
• Organize daily workflows, including SOPs, order scheduling, dispatch coordination.
• Direct month-end order management and shipment fulfillment reconciliation.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for OTIF, on-time delivery, and costs.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with partners to meet delivery schedules.
• Train staff on ERP modules and ensure accurate order processing.
