Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to lead Customer Service and Logistics teams, coordinating domestic and international orders, and driving on-time delivery through efficient ERP-based processes.

You'll oversee transportation scheduling, carrier coordination, and EDI flows, ensuring accurate billing and streamlined order management while collaborating with Sales, IT, and AR to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing customer service, order execution, transportation coordination, or logistics teams.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and carrier freight operations.
• Hands-on meetings with customers, carriers, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management of Customer Service staff and Logistics Specialists for domestic and international orders.
• Organize daily workflow, SOPs, and issue resolution to ensure timely deliveries.
• Direct month-end order management and shipment reconciliation.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics tracking OTIF, on-time delivery, and order status.
• Lead weekly operational reviews with cross-functional partners to meet delivery schedules.
• Train staff on ERP modules and routine execution management.
• Manage master data, billing rules, and EDI flows with IT and 3PLs.
• Oversee cost tracking against budgets for logistics activities.
