Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to empower commercial and operations teams with clear, reliable reporting. You will partner with the BI team to define dashboard requirements, validate data accuracy, and standardize KPI definitions across customer portfolios.

You will translate business questions into KPIs, build performance narratives, and deliver insights that explain what’s happening, why, and what actions are needed next.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of analytics/BI experience.
• Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau) to interpret dashboards and shape insights.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data with technical teams.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical requirements and KPI frameworks.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate reporting with the BI team to scope dashboard requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Translate business needs into KPIs and consistent visuals.
• Support forecasting and modeling, interpreting trends and drivers for decision making.
• Improve data quality and governance by documenting definitions and reconciling anomalies.
• Streamline reporting workflows and implement BI automation.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and executive reviews.
