Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Growth Manager to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing customers from a remote/global team. You’ll build a pipeline focused on above-quota performance and ensure high-quality deals with minimal post-sale fallout.

You’ll cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities, and present tailored demonstrations while coordinating with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in upselling or account expansion
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Familiarity with SaaS and hotel tech
