Job summary

Cloudbeds, a remote-first leader in hospitality software, seeks a Customer Growth Manager to drive upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base. You will build a high-quality pipeline, push product-led growth, and collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure successful adoption of upsold solutions.

You’ll need a proven sales track record, hospitality ops experience, and strong negotiation and presentation skills to exceed targets and expand strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upselling or account expansion.
• Experience and/or education in hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a customer pipeline to achieve above-quota sales performance.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth upsell implementation and adoption.
