Job summary

Apexchat is seeking a Sales Manager for the Customer Success Department. This remote role requires US residency and a distraction-free environment with stable internet.

You will lead the Client Partner team, driving upsell growth, reducing churn, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. You will partner with the VP of Customer Success to define strategic goals, optimize processes, and deliver accurate executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team.
• Develop, own, and improve the customer success journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Set and execute strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs for the department.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to hit growth targets.
• Design and implement churn reduction strategies through proactive engagement.
• Own end-to-end customer success processes and lifecycle milestones.
