Stacksync seeks an ambitious engineer who will work directly with customers to solve difficult problems and help build our product. You’ll own the path from understanding customer operations to a live, reliable implementation, including demos, production integrations, and AI workflows.

We are a fully remote company and this role includes travel across the United States to work in person with customers, plus travel to our San Francisco office when needed. Hosting provided anytime.

Qualifications

• Production software experience delivering for external customers.
• Ability to design and implement integrations end to end.
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Build demos that demonstrate value and real workflows.
• Ship production integrations, AI workflows, and robust connectors.
• Turn recurring needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Visit customer sites and collaborate with operators and executives.
