The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, empathetic communication, and relationship building with brokers, clients, and internal partners. Fully remote across designated US states, with self-directed day-to-day work and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat and resolve non-technical issues promptly.
• Contact providers, employers, vendors, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Communicate solutions clearly, addressing stated and unstated needs.
• Build relationships with brokers, clients, and partners to improve interactions.
• Follow documented processes and meet commitments within timeframes.
• Monitor workflows and keep customers informed on outcomes.
• Develop deep understanding of services to resolve complex inquiries.
• Document all work in CRM and work independently with limited direction.
