• Enroll members and conduct satisfaction surveys as needed.
• Document notes in patient charts with clear and timely entries.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patients per HIPAA.
• Collect and validate patient demographic information including insurance type and contact details.
• Obtain pre-certification or authorization numbers when necessary for referrals.
• Show reliable attendance and timeliness; perform other duties as assigned.
