Nutrafol is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice customers hear on calls, email, and chat. You will handle routine questions, resolve complaints, and guide customers through our website and products with confidence.

We value curiosity about health and wellness, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is a plus, with a focus on thoughtful, customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct customer support experience, via phone, email or chat.
• Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about health and wellness science and product knowledge.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine love for people.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice customers hear across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve tricky questions and escalations; turn tough moments into resolutions.
• Help customers navigate Nutrafol website and products with confidence.
• Become a Nutrafol product expert customers trust for ins and outs.
• Think creatively; go beyond scripts to fit customer needs.
• Shape day-to-day CX operations and prioritize ad-hoc CX projects.
