Job summary

Nutrafol, a growing hair wellness company, is seeking an Operations Associate to partner with fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience teams. This remote role based in the United States reports to the Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Operations and requires working ET hours.

You will perform daily fraud screening, manage e-commerce systems and 3PL relationships, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time across DTC and B2B channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of fulfillment and shipping processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for on-site audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fraud screening on orders and escalate as needed.
• Manage fulfillment, shipping issues, and 3PL relations.
• Troubleshoot system issues raised by the customer experience team.
• Triage projects and issues before escalation to development.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled with tracking reported timely.
• Handle order errors, returns, and chargebacks.
