Job summary

Alen Air Purifiers is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Austin, TX. This full-time role handles inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, email, and social channels, aiming to promote Alen’s products and achieve customer satisfaction.

You will work remotely most of the time, collaborating closely with product, marketing, ecommerce, and executive teams to put customers first and drive company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in an inbound or outbound call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer or initiate customer calls, chats, emails, social, and other digital platforms to promote Alen products and services.
• Use knowledge of the Sales/Service Conversation to communicate effectively and care for customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve customer situations by collaborating with the Product and Operations teams.
• Log cases and orders using ZenDesk/Microsoft BC as the CRM tool, following data acquisition processes.
• Close sales from inbound calls by recommending additional products or services.
• Pursue outbound opportunities to keep customers up to date on filter replacements.
• Study the Sales Conversation to improve interactions at each stage.
• Understand customers and products to suggest the best solution.
