AIL is expanding its remote team and seeks motivated, reliable individuals who enjoy helping people and providing a positive, professional experience.

In this role, you’ll meet with members through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand available information, answer questions, and guide them through the appropriate next steps. Training is provided and strong support is available.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with members via scheduled phone/video appointments and gather information.
• Explain options and guide members through next steps.
• Assist with online applications, forms, and digital documentation.
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate, organized member records and ensure data completeness.
