Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a full-time remote customer engineering specialist to diagnose and resolve complex problems across Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and cloud platforms. You will shadow senior engineers on build engagements and relay insights to Product and Engineering to improve reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing engineering roles, hands-on Kubernetes/ECS/Docker experience, cloud familiarity, CI/CD know‑how, Linux networking, scripting in

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform role
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and at least one cloud platform
• CI/CD and Linux networking knowledge
• Scripting ability in Python, Node.js, or Bash
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues for enterprise customers across Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and major cloud platforms
• Shadow senior engineers on build engagements and learn through hands-on guidance
• Provide feedback and insights to Product and Engineering teams
