Job summary

GitLab is seeking an Enablement & AI professional to support its Customer Experience organization. The role focuses on building scalable enablement programs, content, and training to empower field teams across Sales, CX, and Solutions Architecture.

You will partner with global field leaders to tailor programs, drive adoption of AI-enabled content, and measure impact against business outcomes, with a remote-friendly, US-based framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in software sales enablement or customer success.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Familiarity with sales training technologies and enablement practices.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI tools to accelerate content and program design.

Responsibilities

• Program manage enablement initiatives to equip field teams to differentiate and sell the GitLab solution.
• Collaborate with field leadership to tailor content for specific markets and teams.
• Develop training content, onboarding programs, and sales enablement curricula.
• Align enablement activities with product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Measure impact and report on enablement investments and outcomes.
• Leverage tools like Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong to deliver training.
